Join Drayton Hall Staff Archaeologist, Nicole Houck and local ceramic artist, Janette Wall, of Carolina Creamware for a special behind-the-scenes tour and ornament painting session. Explore a curated selection of the Drayton Hall archaeological collections, and draw artistic inspiration from historic pottery fragments, decorative motifs, and Lowcountry craftsmanship.

Following the tour, enjoy a hands-on ceramic ornament painting workshop led by Janette Wall of Carolina Creamware. You’ll design and paint your own blue and white ornament using traditional techniques and personal flair.
